Deposit Policy

Jurnal Bisnis Administrasi dan Manajemen (ALBAMA) supports the responsible sharing and dissemination of scholarly work. Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit versions of their manuscripts in institutional or subject-based repositories in accordance with the journal’s open access policy.


Permitted Versions for Deposit

Authors may deposit the following versions of their manuscripts:

  1. Preprint
    The version of the manuscript before peer review.

  2. Accepted Manuscript (Postprint)
    The final author version after peer review and revision, but before copyediting and journal formatting.

  3. Published Version (Version of Record)
    The final, published article as it appears on the ALBAMA website.


Where to Deposit

Authors may deposit their manuscripts in:

  1. Institutional repositories

  2. Subject-based or disciplinary repositories

  3. Personal academic websites

  4. Non-commercial scholarly sharing platforms


Conditions for Deposit

When depositing any version of the manuscript, authors must:

  1. Clearly acknowledge Jurnal Bisnis Administrasi dan Manajemen (ALBAMA) as the original place of publication

  2. Provide a full citation of the published article

  3. Include a link to the official journal website or article page

  4. Indicate the applicable Creative Commons license (CC BY)


Embargo Period

ALBAMA does not impose an embargo period. Articles may be deposited and shared immediately after publication.


Copyright and Licensing

All deposited versions must comply with the journal’s Copyright and License policy. The published version is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, which permits reuse with proper attribution.


Archiving and Preservation

Deposited articles do not replace the official published version archived through the journal’s preservation systems (LOCKSS and CLOCKSS). The journal website remains the authoritative source for the version of record.

This deposit policy may be updated periodically to align with best practices in scholarly communication and repository standards.
